We travel regularly. Meet with clients in their offices or in the client's home depends upon the client's availability and what is most convenient to those clients Travel to manufacturing sites where the materials work with are produced, also travel to showrooms and design centres regularly.
How long does the entire design process take?
Generally, three months is a good rule of thumb. Smaller projects can take as little as one month. Larger projects can take upwards of one year

Costs vary depending on the scope of projects. There's a range depending the scope of the project. This is determined through the estimate we produce after the consultation in which we spell out a high to low range.
